In a nutshell... Judge Merchan instructed the jurors to choose ONE of the three predicate crimes.NY state law on
falsifying business records in the first Jurors do NOT have to unanimously agree on which of the three predicate crimes Trump committed.

NOW: JUDGE INSTRUCTS JURY AHEAD OF DELIBERATIONS

In other words, this means, they could split 4-4-4 and the judge would still treat them unanimously.
In layman's terms... The judge says the jurors can all disagree on crimes supposedly committed and still find the Trump guilty.
