The American Dream is what we decide and this is how to get back on track through creating accountability and forcing our neighboring nation's governments to fulfill their duties honorably or face democratic dissolution and adoption of their territory into the United States. Once their people have to choose reciprocal immigration, it will disenchant 99% of the populations whose appeal to entering the U.S. is in the prospect of leeching and exploiting our system, then returning to their home country after they've squirreled enough money away because their medical care, housing and food were paid for here. The price of entry will be their country itself and then they can share the two-way street instead of Americans suffering while they bleed us dry.
