"Orceratops"
36" x 72"
acrylic on canvas

Years ago, I painted a piece called "Feeders" which had the hammerhead orca as the main focus. I have always wanted to paint a follow up to that piece but was waiting for the right creature to eclipse this kingly beast. The Orceratops came about while I was painting the piece "Piper's Pass" and I felt it the perfect monster from the deep to highlight.
