ULEZ; oh dear the cameras fell down in the wind!

The people are burdened with cost of living crisis, ever increasing taxes and fines/fees for simply travelling - which is a basic right of all. The public purse is being frittered away on ulez and other wasteful schemes in order to create ever more hardship. and here the matter of torture needs to be considered!
