According to the New York Post, Jimmy’s house-buying endeavor began with the purchase of his own unit for a paltry $320,000 in 2018. Over the next handful of years, Jimmy would continue to discreetly add to his real estate portfolio, bringing his current grand total of properties located on the street to five. According to records, he bought the second home in 2020 for $263,000, followed by an additional three other properties, all of which were bought off-market for a combined total of $1.45 Million!
