Stress and Getting Triggered

I had a very stressful day yesterday. I did not handle it as well as I should have. But it was a good indicator of some of the pressures that I'm feeling. I learned a long time ago and mental health, not to look at the reaction but rather look inside to find out why I reacted the way I did. In other words I focus on the solution not the problem. But it was definitely one of those days.
