Japan - cherry blossom season.

During my trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to witness the stunning cherry blossom season. The streets, parks, and gardens were decorated with the delicate and vibrant pink flowers, creating a surreal and dreamy atmosphere. Every corner of the city seemed to have a different typology of cherry tree, each with its unique shade of pink and blooming pattern.
The locals had a special name for this time of the year, calling it "Sakura season," and they celebrated it with various festivals and picnics under the trees. I joined in on the festivities and enjoyed some traditional Japanese snacks and tea while sitting on a picnic blanket under the cherry blossom trees.
The Great Wall of China.

In my trip to China, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Great Wall. The Great Wall is an ancient and iconic structure that spans over 13,000 miles and is one of the most famous landmarks in the world. Walking along the wall was a surreal experience, as I couldn't believe I was actually standing on this massive and historic structure.
The Great Wall was built over 2,000 years ago to protect China from invaders and is a testament to the country's rich history and culture. As I walked along the wall, I couldn't help but admire the engineering marvel of its construction, with its steep inclines and sharp turns. The views from the wall were also breathtaking, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Iceland - Northern Lights.

During my trip to Iceland, I had the incredible opportunity to witness the Northern Lights. As I gazed up at the night sky, the colors danced and shifted, creating a mesmerizing display that left me in awe. The vibrant greens and purples illuminated the snow-covered landscape and reflected off the calm waters, creating a stunning and otherworldly atmosphere.

As I stood there watching the Northern Lights, I couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder and amazement. The colors were so vibrant and dynamic, constantly shifting and swirling in the night sky.
One of the most beautiful things about the aurora borealis is the way it illuminates the landscape below. The snow-covered mountains and frozen lakes seemed to come to life as the lights reflected off their surfaces, creating a magical and surreal atmosphere.

Machu Picchu - Peru.

My trip to Machu Picchu in Peru was a truly unforgettable experience. This ancient Incan city sits atop a mountain ridge, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking panoramic views. As I hiked through the Andes Mountains to reach the site, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder at the beauty of the landscape and the history of this incredible place.
Once I arrived at Machu Picchu, I was blown away by the intricate stonework and architecture of the city. The way the buildings were built into the natural landscape was truly remarkable, and it was incredible to imagine how the Incans were able to construct such an impressive feat of engineering so many years ago.
As I explored the site, I couldn't help but feel a sense of reverence for the history and culture of the Incans. Walking through the ancient ruins, it was easy to imagine what life might have been like for the people who once lived here.
Coast to Coast - Route 66.

I started my Coast to Coast journey in Chicago, and from the moment I hit the road, I knew I was in for a ride. The first stretch of the highway took me through the rolling hills and lush countryside of Illinois.
As I journeyed through the small towns and rural landscapes of the Midwest, I was struck by the genuine hospitality and warmth of the locals I met.
As I entered the Southwest, the scenery changed dramatically, and I was greeted by the vast deserts of Arizona. The rugged terrain was awe-inspiring, and I took the time to explore the natural wonders, including the iconic Grand Canyon.
The next leg of the journey took me through the neon-lit streets of Las Vegas, where I marveled at the bright lights and glitz of the city. The contrast between the stark desert landscape and the vibrant city was mesmerizing.
From there, I headed towards California, where I enjoyed some of the best scenery on the entire trip. The breathtaking landscapes of the Mojave Desert and the stunning mountain ranges of the Sierra Nevada left me speechless.
This journey across the United States on the Coast to Coast Route 66 was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget.

Tanzania - the great wildebeest migration.

Welcome to Tanzania, a land of extraordinary natural beauty and home to one of the most incredible wildlife spectacles on earth: the Great Wildebeest Migration. During my trip, I had the privilege of witnessing the incredible journey of over a million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles as they moved across the Serengeti in search of greener pastures.
The sheer scale of the migration was awe-inspiring, and the sight of thousands of wildebeest thundering across the plains was truly unforgettable. I also had the opportunity to witness some of the more dramatic moments of the migration, such as river crossings, where wildebeest risked their lives to make it to the other side.
But Tanzania has so much more to offer than just the migration. I was amazed by the sheer diversity of wildlife and the incredible landscapes, from rolling hills to vast open plains.
Petra - Jordan.

During my trip, I explored the ancient city of Petra, which was carved into the rock over 2,000 years ago by the Nabataean people. The iconic Treasury building, which is carved into a towering sandstone cliff, is just the beginning of the stunning architecture and intricate carvings that are scattered throughout the city.
As I walked through the winding Siq canyon, I was amazed by the sheer size and beauty of the rock formations that surrounded me. When I emerged from the canyon, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the Treasury, which was even more impressive in person than in photos.
I also explored the intricately carved amphitheater, the Royal Tombs, and the Monastery, which required a challenging hike up a steep mountainside but was absolutely worth it for the incredible views.
Australian Outback.

Join me on an epic adventure through the vast expanse of the Australian Outback. This rugged and remote region is filled with endless stretches of red dirt, ancient rock formations, and stunning landscapes that are unlike anything you've ever seen before.
During my journey, I'll explore some of the most iconic destinations of the Outback. I'll visit Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, an enormous sandstone monolith that rises up out of the desert landscape. I'll witness the vibrant colors of the rock as they change with the shifting light of the day. I'll also hike through the breathtaking Kings Canyon, which features towering red sandstone cliffs and a stunning oasis of pools and waterfalls.
Egypt Nile - River cruise.

As I embarked on my Egypt Nile River cruise, I was filled with anticipation and excitement for the journey ahead. The ship was luxurious and comfortable, with spacious cabins and all the amenities one could need.
As we sailed down the Nile, I was struck by the beauty and history of the surrounding landscape. The ancient temples and monuments along the riverbank were awe-inspiring, and I felt like I was traveling back in time to an ancient world.
Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, as we explored the temples and tombs of Luxor, Karnak, and other ancient sites.
Patagonia - South America.

Exploring Patagonia in South America was an incredible adventure that left me speechless. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the natural beauty and vastness of this stunning region.
As I hiked through the rugged terrain of Torres del Paine National Park, I was surrounded by towering mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and sprawling glaciers. The scenery was so breathtaking that I felt like I was in a dream.
During my time in Patagonia, I encountered some wildlife, including pumas, guanacos, and Andean condors. Seeing these creatures in their natural habitat was an unforgettable experience that left me with a newfound appreciation for the natural world.
Angkor - Cambodia.

My trip to Angkor in Cambodia was a journey of discovery and wonder that I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning beauty and rich history of this ancient city.
As I explored the temples of Angkor, I was struck by the intricate carvings and architecture that told the story of a powerful empire that once ruled the region. The massive stone structures, such as the iconic Angkor Wat and Bayon temples, were truly awe-inspiring.
Despite the crowds, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility as I wandered through the ancient ruins, imagining what life might have been like in this once-thriving city.
