If you created a exe, you can sign it with a digital certificate and a timestamp. So your exe is trusted.
Download windows SDK : https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-sdk/
Put the signtool in your environment variables %PATH%. Otherwise you can copy the file and paste it in your workfolder to make it work.
