Ukraine EU accession talks may start in June, despite Kiev failing reforms

Kiev's efforts to join the European Union have dragged on for years, with the bloc's diplomats now seemingly teasing Ukraine with accession talks to 'boost morale' as early as next month.

Meanwhile, Bloomberg said discussions will kick off very soon after the EU parliamentary elections. What do European citizens think of that?
