Becky Hill Murdaugh former Clerk or Court Charged - 76 Count of ethics violations

The day has finally come, and for some not a moment too soon. Hill, the former clerk of court of Colleton County, is facing at 76 charges of using her office for personal gain, including diverting DSS child support incentive funds to give herself multiple bonus checks that total $9,880. A hearing is set for December, but first, the question must be asked, how much of this was known before the Murdaugh evidentiary hearing in January, and how does this effect his motion for retrial based on the misconduct of Hill?
