“Did I Just Stutter?” (July 2020)

Andrew calls Niagara County 911 to bicker with the dispatcher and deliver his sarcastic "Did I just stutter?" line- a favorite he uses irritate people who won't do or say what he wants. Andrew will often add "-or is my phone breaking up?" or "-because I stutter sometimes" if he feels the person he is speaking with is starting to realize he isn't what he appears to be.
