Eggplant🍆in my Taco🌮

In a land not too far, where the sky meets the sea,
Lived a girl with a quirk, quite peculiar was she.
For while others craved cheese or preferred spicy beef,
This girl had a taste that would bring disbelief.

She loved eggplant, yes, in her taco so neat,
With salsa and guac, it was quite the feat!
While others would scoff, she would happily munch,
On her eggplant-filled taco, she'd joyfully crunch.

And she said with a smile, reaching for the sky,
"Eggplant is magic, it's purple and grand,
In my taco, it's perfect, you just have to understand!"
