Finding courage when it matters most: Book of Esther
In a world fraught with challenges and uncertainties, the story of Esther, a courageous woman from the Bible, serves as a beacon of inspiration and resilience. Esther's tale is one of bravery in the face of adversity, demonstrating how individuals can rise above fear and uncertainty to fulfill God’s calling on their lives. Just as Esther confronted the daunting task of saving her people from destruction, we too encounter moments where the enemy seeks to corrupt, compromise, and strip away our sense of security and peace. In these critical junctures, what I like to call the "zero point," we are presented with an opportunity to embrace courage and answer the call according to God’s plan.
The essence of the zero-point principle lies in the unwavering trust in God, as exemplified by Esther and countless others throughout the Bible. Despite the enemy's threats and attempts to instill fear, those who place their faith in Yeshua are unshaken and undeterred. Just as Esther remained steadfast in her conviction that her life belonged to God, we too can draw strength from the knowledge that he guides our destinies should we choose to draw nearer to Him. Even in the face of seemingly insurmountable odds, this unwavering faith empowers us to confront challenges with courage and resilience.
My journey echoes Esther's story's themes, as I've encountered moments where the enemy sought to undermine my resolve and sow seeds of doubt. Yet, through faith and determination, I've found the strength to persevere and embrace my purpose with unwavering conviction. Like Esther, I've learned that true courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the ability to confront it head-on and emerge stronger on the other side. As we delve into the timeless narrative of Esther, let us be reminded of the power of courage, faith, and resilience in overcoming life's greatest trials.
In my private membership community, The Truth Movement, I started a monthly series titled, “Courageous Women in The Bible” and I began with Esther. It was so powerful that I wanted to share a glimpse with you.
