This short film is part of a presentation the Civil Defense would make to Americans in places like public libraries etc. For the most part these would have been aimed at housewives who according to the research at the time would be taking the lead role in any kind of preparation for emergencies. So these are essentially a pre-power point presentation of slides and a voice over. Includes basic instructions on how you can build your own shelters and such.
