Russia accuses Ukraine of using helicopters to attack an oil facility in Russia's territory. According to Associated Press two Ukrainian helicopters flew at low altitude and entered the Russian territory for about 21 miles, and bombed a depot run by Russian energy giant Rosneft. This occurred in Russia Belgorod region.
