Was Unable To Manage A Persistent Problem That Was Damaging Their Immediate Environment, And Affecting Their Ability To Enjoy Their Home, Or Even Invite Or Accept Visitors. And Although Their Neighbours Witnessed The Problem, Which Also Affected Them Obliquely. The Culture Was One Of Complete Inertia "Someone Else Can Deal With It."
Listen And Hear What The Challenge Was, And Not Only How It Was Resolved. But Also How The Transformation Inspired A Change Of Perception In The Minds Of Others Residing Within The Same Environment. Who Felt Ill Equipped, Or Unable To Undertake The Task At Hand.
