Israeli forces push into the heart of Rafah for first time

For the first time, Israeli forces entered the center of Rafah in southern Gaza, despite warnings by the U.S. not to escalate the Rafah operation. A new Israeli attack on tents just outside the city killed more than 20 people, according to the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry. NBC News' Raf Sanchez reports.
