Who is New Covenant judgment for?

Sin and righteousness are different in the New Covenant, and if one sins and loses righteousness in the Old Covenant, they are judges, and the ultimate judgment of death for their sin is sure. But, in the New Covenant, there is a new idea of judgment that every Christian and soon to be Christian needs to hear about.
