Al Pastor tacos are my favorite type of Mexican food so it's about time I tried making Al Pastor rangoons! To help me make them as authentic as possible I had on Rick Ortiz, the owner and chef of Antique Taco in Chicago, who showed me how to make an Al Pastor marinade from scratch. These DID NOT disappoint.
