A Muskegon bar calling itself Michigan's smallest bar will not open this summer.

The owner of Peoples Cider Company Muskegon says they couldn't reach an agreement for the summer with the city of Muskegon and are looking for options for 2025. The bar had three stools for customers and had a maximum capacity of seven people, including staff.
