Move From Thinking To Acting: The Only Way To Resolve Your Pain!

Those suffering with chronic pain spend most of their time in their thinking brain. This part of the brain focuses on the past and the future. It keeps the person thinking about failed treatments and makes them consider the idea that nothing in the future will change their pain.

It prevents the person from being in the now and truly looking and listening for alternatives that could resolve the pain and return the person to full function. Only when the recognition of living in the thinking brain is understood and a move toward living in the now can action ever be taken to truly resolve the pain and achieve a pain-free fully functional life.

People are constantly referred to the Yass Method from people who have experienced its unique approach to diagnosing and treating the cause of pain. It has shown that in more than 98% of cases the cause of pain is muscular even when structural abnormalities are identified by MRI. But since the thought of the structural abnormality as the cause has developed and failed treatments ensue, the person never gets the chance to try the method. They are stuck in the thinking brain and can't move to the acting brain.

The person who is used to living in the thinking brain as it is part of the human psyche, allows emotion to develop around the thoughts. Fear, anxiety, hopelessness, depression all develop surrounding the thoughts that prevail about the pain. But since thoughts are not real, the emotions that develop are based on non fact. This is where the ability to switch to living in the now can occur. Living in the now allows the person to switch from the thinking brain to the acting brain.

The person is now fully open and engaged in learning about possible alternative solutions to their pain. It is only then that they are willing to take action and try something that is new but certainly still quite valid and effective.

I implore you to move to your acting brain and consider the Yass Method. Take action. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
