Hung curd / Yogurt -2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
Cumin powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tbsp
Fenugreek powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Black pepper powder -1/3 tsp
salt to taste
Lemon juice -2 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Food colour (optional)-1 pinch
Olive oil/ Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Marinate 3 hours
