In his 60 years of teaching, writing, and litigating criminal cases, Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says he’s never seen a case as weak as former President Donald Trump’s “hush money” trial. "If there’s a conviction here, it will change the justice system forevermore. It will weaponize the system. It will mean that both sides will try to use the legal system as a way of winning elections," he says.
