Weather Manipulation

Strangeness in the sky as I drove home this morning. There was a strong system to the south pounding Dallas area and watching it play on the radar it was clearly being manipulated. Dopler radars, etc.
If these frequencies push clouds and pressure, imagine the effect on us internally.
