America's ATF Murders Innocent Civilian

Watch as the Judicial House Committe questions the UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL actions of the ATF that lead to the death of an American Citizen without any criminal records.

Summary: The ATF made a new unlawful rule that required civilians to have a FFA license to resale ANY of their firearms. The ATF claimed the new rule only applied to citizens that make a "profit" on the sale of the firearms. However; their own rule does not state this and makes the requirements of the applied rule increadibly vague and open to immediate changes without notice.

The ATF's new FFA rule was NOT ISSUED to the victim at any point, meaning the victim had ZERO knowledge of it or any consequences for not obeying it. A month before the incident, the AFT is recorded meeting in a large parking lot, with about ten vehicles, preparing to raid the victim's home. The planned raid DID NOT include a traditional warrent, but a "No Knock Warrent." Meaning the ATF and local authorities were allowed to break into the victim's home and confiscate his firearms without said victim's knowledge or permission.

Because the victim was not home, to be illegally arrested, the ATF canceled their initial raid. Although they knew where he was and did not require him to be home. Instead, the ATF waited another month, met in the same parking lot at the dead of night, and decided to perform the raid when they KNEW he was home sleeping. Keep in mind the ATF knew he was armed and would protect his home and family. That night, the ATF, along with local police, raided the victim's home with ten vehicles full of armed men. They cut the power to the home, making sure it was impossible for the victim and his gamily to know what was happening. They then approached his front door and immediately placed tape over his doorbell's security camera and busted down the door.

The noise woke up the victim and his wife to a possible threat, which was immediately confirmed when they got out of bed and found the electricity was out. Making their home near pitch black. Knowing there was a threat to his family, the victim armed himself to protect them and investigate. Seeing a clear threat in his home, but impossible to see who or what it is, he fires. This resulted in the ATF, whom have night-vision goggles, immediately blowing out his brains as his wife stands next to him. The ATF immediately drag the victim's near nude wife out of her home, cuffs her, and places her in a cold vehicle to sit for 3 hours in nothing but minor sleeping garments and barefoot.

The victim had a zero criminal history and never in trouble with the law. He was a model citizen that worked at the local airport. His wife is also a model citizen.
