Prodentim probiotic is a great solution with a propriatery trifecta dosage around 3.5 Billion CFU. Well tolerated for me and for oral flora rebuilding of the microbiota. ( Oral flora ) You will find a recommended dosage of 5 Billion CFU for gut probiotics to help with rebuilding with good bacterial for the gut.

I take it in the morning after brushing my teeth and letting the tablets dissolve around my gums. This offers the best benefit I have seen for myself.

After doing some research and using the product I have seen amazing results. As we age all those good bacteria are compromised and we get a host of issues or at least I did. Sensitive gums, some decay, cavities and sinus issues to name a few I experienced prior to taking Prodentim probiotic tablets.

These tablets are not capsules so don't buy them from Amazon or any third party seller. They are kind of chalky but you need to dissolve these around your gums and teeth if that makes sense. All I know it works!

I purchased Prodentim probiotic with my own money to test it out for my gum issues. After 3 weeks of using it works great. No more bleeding gums or sensitivity. I see it rebuilding some gum collagen. Is that even possible or such a thing? I notice some cognitive improvement , less brain bog more clarity as well.
