100 years old recipe taught by my mother-in-law! No yeast, No oven!

Ingredients:
First dough
egg 1
a pinch of salt
unsalted butter 15ml
milk 40ml
all-purpose flour 150g

Second dough
egg 2
a pinch of salt
white sugar 38g/3tbsp
unsalted butter 30ml
all-purpose flour 190g

corn oil or others for frying

Recipe:
1 egg
A pinch of salt
15ml melted unsalted butter
Mix well
40ml milk
150g All-purpose flour
Mix until the ingredients are combined
Use your hands to knead the dough
Cover and rest
Now to make the second dough
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
30ml melted unsalted butter
38g white sugar
Mix well
190g All-purpose flour
Mix well until the ingredients are combined
Knead the dough with your hand
Cover and rest for 30 minutes
Take out the first dough
Divide and cut into 2 pieces
Shape each piece like this
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough
The dough is about 12x24cm
Take out the second piece of dough
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough
The dough should be about 12x24 cm
Brush water on the dough
Place the first dough on top
Brush water on top
Take the other half of the first dough from before
Roll the dough out to 12x24cm
Place the dough on top
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
Cut the edges with a pizza cutter
Divide and cut the dough into 32 pieces
Take a piece of dough
Fold from one corner to the opposite
Dip your hand in some water then flip the dough over and fold the other corners
Repeat
Oil
Medium-low heat
Put a stick in the oil, if it bubbles then it is ready to fry
Place the dough pieces into the oil
Flip the mini donuts around
Continue to fry until the surface is golden brown
Scoop the donuts out
Put the donuts into a plate with a paper towel
Fry the rest
