Chiweenie Succumbs to Gramma's Magical Touch

Meet Pippin, he is an adorable Chiweenie pup. Sarah his mom had gone away for the weekend so she left her pride and joy to spend the weekend with Gramma. Of course Sarah left a full list of instruction for her baby. The very extensive list includes ,of course, what and when he eats, how many times per day, and what treats he is allowed. In capital letters and followed by many exclamation marks was “ NO HUMAN FOOD….. NO MATTER WHAT “. Being the great gramma that Elsa is she followed these instructions to a T. Pippy loves his walks and loves to cuddle, but he also likes to bark, that must be the chihuahua in him. As far as designer dogs go, the Chiweenie is one of the cutest ones around. Long and small, this adorable hybrid (a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix) is picking up in popularity. And it’s no wonder; this breed is friendly and loving, making him the ideal lap dog. But after he’s done with cuddling, he’ll want to play… a lot. When he’s all tuckered out from playing, he’ll be content to sleep beside you on the couch just as Pippin does. Known to be a bit stubborn, the Chiweenie can be a challenge to train. Sarah has managed to teach Pippin a few tricks, or skills as she likes to put them. Pippy will sit, shake a paw, give you a high five, and also when asked to “show me your bum” he spins around and points his derriere directly at you….oh how cute. As you will see ,Pippin also loves his Gramma and is quite content lounging on the couch watching a tv show. Gramma definately has a magical touch, like most Grammas do. Even Pippin can not avoid the magical touch of Gramma.
