Canadian Military looking at Ghost Ships & Defence Spending

The US is not impressed by the progress of the Trudeau Government's committment to reach the 2% GDP for defence Spending. While the Canadian Navy is looking to incorporate "Ghost Ships" to augument our crewed vessels.
