While speaking to the press in Tashkent during his visit to Uzbekistan, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the issue of European states possibly allowing Kiev to strike Russian territory with Western weapons. Commenting on NATO’s Jens Stoltenberg's recent statements, Putin said, 'NATO countries, especially the smaller European states, must realize what kind of game they are playing.' 'Does the West want a global conflict? I don't think so', he added.
