Legitimacy of Ukrainian govt presidency extension is not in constitution – Putin

The Constitution of Ukraine provides for the extension of the powers of the Rada, it does not say anything about the powers of the president, Vladimir Putin said. There is nothing there that presidential elections are prolonged if new ones are not held due to martial law, he added.
