Baked pumpkin that everyone eats! Simple and very tasty! Casserole tastes better than meat!

Ingredients and recipe:

1 pumpkin.
1 zucchini.
100 grams of flour.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Breadcrumbs.
200 grams of mozzarella.
Olive oil.
Oregano.
Spice mixture.
100 grams of cheese.

1. Cut 1 pumpkin into rings, place on a plate and set aside.
2. Cut 1 zucchini into layers, place on a plate and set aside.
3. Pour 100 grams of flour onto a plate, add salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Dip pumpkin and zucchini in flour.
5. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
6. Distribute the pumpkin evenly on a baking sheet, add salt and pepper.
7. Cut 200 grams of mozzarella into thin slices and place on top of the pumpkin.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
9. Place the zucchini on top and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
10. Coarsely grate 100 grams of cheese and sprinkle on top of the vegetables.
11. Cover with baking paper and moisten it with water.
12. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
