UK Business Visa 2024

The UK Investor Visa, also known as Tier 1 Investor Visa, is a program that was closed for new applications in February 2022. However, if you already hold a Tier 1 Investor Visa, you can still apply to extend your visa or for settlement in the UK.

Here's an overview of the Tier 1 Investor Visa program:

Eligibility:

Be at least 18 years old
Have access to a minimum of £2 million in investment funds that you have held for at least two years
Be able to prove that the funds are genuine and belong to you
Have a UK bank account where the funds have gone through anti-money laundering checks
Benefits:

Live in the UK for an initial period of three years and four months
Apply for an extension of your visa for another two years
Be eligible for settlement in the UK (indefinite leave to remain) after five years, provided you maintain the investment amount
Important Note: You can no longer apply for a new Tier 1 Investor Visa. The program is closed for new applications.
