Election 2024: Special votes begin in Cape Town

Election 2024: Robert Thysse, 79, was the first person to cast his vote at Pinelands High School. Although his health is frail, Thysse said he didn’t want to miss the opportunity to vote.

“We have a democracy in this country, and I think the right thing for everybody is to vote."
