Preparation and ingredients:
Remove the bone from 6 chicken thighs.
Add salt and black pepper.
Cut 2 onions.

Place in the fridge for 40-50 minutes.
Cut 4 potatoes as shown in the video.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Mix together the salt, black pepper, thyme and basil.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 80 g melted butter.
2 cloves of garlic.
Spread the potatoes well with the sauce.
Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes.
Fry in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes on each side and cover with a lid.
