Shooting Suspect Flees from Police on Highway... on a Bike

A suspect who allegedly shot a family member left the scene and took off on a bicycle. The suspect ended up fleeing from LAPD officers on I-5, with police following close behind. After the suspect exited the interstate, police rammed him, knocking him off the bike and taking him into custody.
