Stephens County Georgia "Under Color of Law" Part III

May 11th - Trying to get my dad's stuff: In this video the Sheriff's deputy gives the keys to Larry's truck to the step sister's daughter (who is presumably a complete stranger to the deputy) and then only gives Larry minutes to get a few of his Dad's former belongings. Many of the things willed to Larry's family are still under "lockdown" by the step family.

Here we see the deputy take possession of the keys to a truck that is in Larry's name and give those keys to (presumably) a complete stranger. This is a very serious error in judgment. The Georgia State Constitution states, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated...." This deputy transferred property without due process.

Does this officer think that he can interpret the will and the law's of the state? Does he have a license to practice law? Did he not say that he does not get involved in civil matters? Did he take an oath to defend the Constitution?

So how many questions is Larry allowed to ask according to the rulebook?
