Chef Jason Tilmann- (Lakeside Social Club, Chopped, Iron chef, Manistee Michigan.)

Jason Tilmann was born and raised in Michigan. He obtained his Culinary Degree from Indian River Community College in Florida- and he has been a rock star ever since. Working with some of the best chefs in the world honing his craft has been a consistent part of his story and that comes out in this interview. A simple Google Search of his name brings up a ton of information and accolades. He has had the opportunity to showcase his talents on television shows like Iron Chef and Chopped and has opened numerous restaurants across the country. I hope you enjoy this episode.
