Badjack Snap Pea & Mushroom Stir Fry

A delicious snap pea and mushroom stir fry we have just fallen in love with this last week. Super quick and simple for summer time bbq and meals.

2# sugar snap peas, blanched & shocked
2# mushrooms, cleaned and cut into bite size peices
1 ea shallot, thinly sliced
4 ea garlic cloves, thinly sliced
5 sprigs of thyme, minced
4 oz badjack hot sauce
2 oz extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Sauté the mushroom in a hot pan until fragrant & golden brown.
2. Add in garlic & shallots. Sauté until soft & fragrant .
3. Add in the blanched snap peas & thyme.
4. Add in the badjack. Bring to a simmer, check season and make sure everything is hot and tasty. Then serve and enjoy
