Melon Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
1 melon
1 package melon-flavored gelatin
2 tablespoons gelatin
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
Peel and slice the melon, then put it in a blender with the vanilla ice cream.
Dissolve the melon-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
Simultaneously, dissolve the powdered gelatin in boiling water and set it aside to cool.
Once both the gelatin mixtures are cool, add them to the blender with the sugar and blend well.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold and refrigerate for 8 hours.

مواد لازم:
1 عدد طالبی
1 بسته ژله طالبی
2 قاشق غذاخوری ژلاتین
2 عدد بستنی وانیلی
3 قاشق غذاخوری شکر
طرز تهیه:
طالبی را پوست کنده و برش میدهیم و همراه با بستنی در میکسر میریزیم. ژله را با 1 لیون آب جوش مخلوط کرده و هم میزنیم تا حل شود و سرد شود. همزمان پودر ژلاتین را با آب جوش حل کرده و کنار میگذاریم سرد شود. سپس ژله و پودر ژلاتین سرد شده را همراه با شکر داخل میکسر ریخته و خوب میکس میکنیم و در قالب چرب شده میریزیم و بمدت 8 ساعت در یخچال میگذاریم. نوش جان
