BLNR 5/10/24 More Money for Dangerous Mosquito Experiment on Kauai

Once again disregarding serious information brought to their attention about the risks of these experimental mosquito releases, the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources continues plowing forward with their reckless agenda. Despite 100% of written and verbal testimony in opposition to the bacteria-infected mosquitoes, the board voted unanimously on 5/10/24 to double the contract amount and the contract period for releases on Kauai.

All islands are being targeted by this biotech industry experimentation. Government agencies are lying to the people while selling out the sacred lands of Hawaii to corporate interests.
