1 glass of boiling water - 1 glass of kefir! Grandma's pancakes
Every housewife should own this recipe! A traditional recipe that has been tried and tested for over 100 years. I would like to share it with you.
📝 Ingredients :
✅ 350 ml kefir (at room temperature) 1 1/2 cups
✅ 350ml boiling water 1 1/2 cups
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (baking soda)
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt
✅ 2 tablespoons of sugar
✅ 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
✅ 250 g flour (sifted) | 1 2/3 cups
📌 Preparation:
1. Mix kefir with baking soda and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add eggs, salt and sugar and mix again.
3. Then sift in the flour and stir quickly with the whisk.
4. Then add the boiling water and also stir in quickly.
5. Finally add the oil and mix. Complete!
6. Fry the pancakes on a 24 cm pan until golden brown. Brush with butter and cover with a plate to keep them nice and soft.
Cover the pancakes with whatever your heart desires, whether sweet or savory, both variants go great with this recipe ❤️😋
