Yogurt cake for Easter in 10 minutes! 🐣 No baking and no gelatin!

📝 Ingredients for a 20 cm baking pan:

✅ 300 g chocolate cookies / 10.58 oz.
✅ 110 g melted butter / 3.88 oz.
✅ 250g mascarpone / 8.81 oz.
✅ 350 g Greek yogurt 10% / 12.34 oz.
✅ 30 g powdered sugar / 1.05 oz.
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ 100 g dark chocolate shavings / 3.52 oz.
✅ 2 bananas

Cooling time: at least 4 hours or overnight

Preparation:

1. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter.
2. Place 2/3 of the cookies on a 20 cm baking tray and shape into a base. Then chill for 15 minutes.
3. Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar for 1 minute. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix again.
4. Add the chocolate shavings and mix briefly.
5. Cut the ripe bananas in half and place them on the cookie base. Pour the cream on top, spread it out and form it into a small mound.
