Lecture #9 in New Testament or Koine Greek; first year Greek at a college or seminary level taught by independent Baptist professor Thomas Ross. The class completes all the exercises in the workbook of Basics of Biblical Greek by Bill Mounce, chapter 10, "Third Declension."

The master paradigm of all case endings is completed for the first, second, and third declension of nouns. Parsing exercises, warm-up exercises, and translation exercises are completed. The additional and more challenging exercises are also examined. The vast majority of sentences are from the New Testament, but a few were made up by Professor Mounce, two are from 1 Clement, and one from Ignatius to the Romans. An emphasis upon third declension nouns is seen, as that is the topic of chapter 10 of BBG (Basics of Biblical Greek).

The FaithSaves website's section on college courses contains course syllabi, handouts, and other important material for taking this course.
