Storm Shield Forecast morning update 4/27/18

Storm #1 is approaching the Northern California coastline today, bringing a fresh flow of clean air, dropping our air quality back down to the good range and taking Bakersfield's afternoon high to just 79, which is sunny and seasonal! The Kern River Valley tops out in the low 70s while the south mountains of Tehachapi and Frazier Park will only be in the low 60s.
