Anxiety is when your mind is worrying about the future or stuck in the past..

- The mind will follow the breath or the breath will follow the mind

- Master your breathe, you’ll master your mind, master your mind and you’ll master your life because the Universe is mental

- When your exhale is two times as long as the inhale it activates the vagus nerve, which activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which puts your body into rest and relax mode and into the present moment where there is no anxiety

- Inhale for 4 seconds/hold for 7 seconds/exhale for 8 seconds.

- Practice the 4/7/8 breathe for 1 minute any time your anxious and watch you anxiety dissipate into the breath…
