Early Riser / Morning Person
Morning:
5:00 AM: Wake up, do some light stretching or yoga.
5:15 AM: Meditate or practice mindfulness.
5:30 AM: Go for a morning run or workout.
6:30 AM: Shower and get dressed.
7:00 AM: Have a healthy breakfast, perhaps with some reading or listening to a podcast.
7:30 AM: Plan the day or review tasks.
