All the Flavors
Join me in the kitchen as we take the Classic No Bake and Add a Twist.
No Bake Cookie Recipe:
* 1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
* 3 Tbs Cocoa
* 2 Cups Sugar
* 1/2 Cup Milk
Combine and boil for roughly 3 minutes, stirring frequently, to dissolve sugar.
* Add 3 Cups oats (I prefer quick oats)
OPTIONAL: You can also add peanut butter, shredded coconut (toasted or not), and Marshmallows. Coconut adds another slight sweetness to it and also texture. Marshmallows help give them a slight tackiness and keep them from drying out as fast, plus they taste good! Peanut Butter is for added protein and flavor, just don't overdo it as it is a potent flavor. I added about 1 cup of marshmallows to my batch along with about 2 Tbs of peanut butter and roughly 1/2 cup of coconut. Experiment with yours and enjoy!
