Recipe:
cauliflower
6x potatoes
a spoonful of butter
Mushroom sauce:
250g of mushrooms
onion
1 clove of garlic
2 spoons of olive oil
2 scoops of water from boiling potatoes
black pepper, salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon lemon juice
150ml cream 30%
3 eggs
