Jakks Pacific Sonic the Hedgehog Wave 13 Metal Sonic 4" figure

Today we open a Metal Sonic. We previously opened this figure from the 4.5 wave. It appears to be the same figure with the same accessory. If there are any differences in this Wave 13 Metal Sonic and the Wave 4.5 Metal sonic I do not see the differences. The paint looks the same. The hands look the same. The shoes look the same.
